Product description:
BONDERITE S-MA 98 is a water based, body-in-white anti-weld splatter agent material. This product is applied prior to a welding operation and reduces the deposit of weld splatter on the unpainted automobile. BONDERITE S-MA 98 is easily removed in the alkaline cleaner stage of the conversion coating line, or, if desired, can be removed with water washing. Prior to use it is necessary to read the Material Safety Data Sheet for information about precautionary measures and safety recommendations. Equipment
BONDERITE S-MA 98 is applied by hand, spray, halo ring or by suitable car wash equipment. It is used as received, no dilution is needed.
Application
BONDERITE S-MA 98 is typically applied by hand-held or stationary spray equipment such as a conventional cup, pressure pot or airless spray unit, a hand pump pressurized spray container or other similar equipment.
Removal
BONDERITE S-MA 98 is easily removed in the alkaline process cleaner of the phosphate system or it can be rinsed off with water.
