BONDERITE C-AK 72 is used in the manufacturing industry as universal cleaning agent for the treatment of steel, aluminum and non-ferrous metals used in spray and dip systems. Cleaning after cutting, stamping and pressing of all metals. BONDERITE C-AK 72 does not affect the alloys of aluminium, copper, tin or zinc and may be used to clean different metals simultaneously. BONDERITE C-AK 72 maygive a slight dulling to mirror polished aluminium if used over an extended contact time.

Also, for chemical products exempt from compulsory labeling, the relevant precautions should always be observed. Bath Make-up:
Add the powder slowly while stirring to the preheated water ( 40 to 50°C). The bath is ready for use when the powder is dissolved completely. After degreasing, water rinse of the parts is necessary prior to subsequent treatment.
Operating Parameters: Application concentrations: 15 to 30 g/L Application temperature: 40 to 95°C Treatment time: 1 to 10 min
Titration Factor:
0.7 g/(L*mL) for the titration of 50 mL bath solution with 0.5 N HCl, colour indicator: methylorange.
Foam Behaviour:
Sprayable above 50°C.
Waste Water Treatment:
For the neutralization of 1 kg BONDERITE C-AK 72, 2.2 kg sulphuric acid (25 %) is required.
