Preliminary Statement
Prior to use it is necessary to read the Material Safety Data Sheet for information about precautionary measures and safety recommendations. Also, for chemical products exempt from compulsory labeling, the relevant precautions should always be observed. Please also refer to the local safety instructions and contact Henkel for analytical support.
Bath Make-up:
BONDERITE C-MC 80 is used as delivered or in dilution depending on the application.Concentration for high pressure : 5 to 20 g/L at nozzle exit
Concentrated contaminants (pre-cleaning / high pressure treatment):
Wet the surface with the concentrated product. The mobilized soil is removed by spraying with high pressure (water or diluted cleaner solution, 5 to 20 g/L).
Manual cleaning
The surface is cleaned with diluted BONDERITE C-MC 80 solution (5 to 100 g/L).
Post treatment
Drying without separate rinsing prevents flash rust formation. For follow-up treatment the remaining film can be rinsed off with water.
