TEROSON MS 222 - 310ml (adhesive and sealing mass)

TEROSON MS 222 - 310ml (adhesive and sealing mass) (IDH.2426895)

Product description:
TEROSON MS 222 is a gun-grade, one-component material based on silane modified polymers which cure by reaction with moisture to a soft elastic product. The skin formation and curing times are dependent on humidity and temperature, and the curing time also depends on joint depth. By increasing the temperature and moisture these times can be reduced; low temperature as well as low moisture retard the process. .TEROSON MS 222 is free of solvents, isocyanates, silicones and PVC and is odorless. Directions for use:
TEROSON MS 222 is used for antiflutter operations in vehicle repair shops. It is a very soft material designed to avoid the so-called "read through effect" and optical irregularities of components caused by antflutter materials. Especially by using very thin-walled substrates, TEROSON MS 222 displays its superiority. In addition, TEROSON MS 222 can be used in the following industry areas: railway carriage and container production, ship and boat building, general metal constructions Low material temperatures of the sealant will lead to an increase of viscosity, resulting in a lower extrusion rate. This can be avoided by bringing the sealant up to room temperature prior to application. TEROSON MS 222 can also be applied from hobbocks or drums with high pressure pumps with follower plates. See separate application directions of Teroson MS products in hobbocks and drums.
