TEROSON VR 625 - 400ml (rust converter)

TEROSON VR 625 - 400ml (rust converter) (IDH.2142441)

Product description:
TEROSON VR 625 is used to treat areas of rust of all kinds. Organic agents convert the rust (iron oxides) into a stable complexcompound; during this process, the clear, slightly brownish liquid changes through dark blue into brown-black colour. The synthetic resin forms a paint-like protective film when dry. This good sandable protective film with excellent adhesion remains on the metal and may be used as a primer. No additional priming is required. Further information about the product: biuro@woronko-kleje.pl

Pretreatment
The surfaces to be coated with TEROSON VR 625 have to be clean, dry and free of rust, oil, grease, dust and other contamination. Areas not to be coated should be properly covered. Bare sheet steel mustalways be coated with wash primer prior to coating with TEROSON VR 625.

Application
TEROSON VR 625 is applied by spraying out from aerosol can. Shake can well before use. Keep spray distance of 20-30 cm to the spray area to be treated. Spray 2 or 3 thin layers "wet in wet" without sagging. Let the layer convert and dry. In case it will be covered by another coating, please sand the layer to improve the adhesion of this next layer.
