Product description:
TEROSON SB 3140 is a finely sprayable coating material based on synthetic resins. The dry film provides excellent adhesion to cleaned underbodies, to bare metal and painted surfaces, high covering capaticity, goof corrosion protection and highabrasion resistance,resulting in good road stone antichip characteristics. TEROSON SB 3140 can be painted with standard vehicle paint systems after about 15 minutes. For best results, painting should be done within 6 hour(s) after product application. Oven drying at ca. 60°C is possible without problems. As a general rule, mechanical stress (e.g. the usw of a car wash facility) is to be avoided during the first few weeks. Directions for use:
The material should be at room temperature at the time of application. Shake the can well, continuing for 1 min. after the ball/bearing becomes audible. Hold can vertically while spraying and apply in two three crossing patterns at a distance of about 20 to 30 cm. If masking tape has been used, alwazs remove it before the material begins to dry. Abrassion resistance and corrosion protection increase with the layer of thickness. For that reason the spray application should be repeated once or twice after a short flash-off time. In order to avoid bare patches, the material should be sprayed in criss-cross fashion. After use, turn the spray tin upside down and operate the valve until nothing but propellant gas emerges.
