TEROSON BT SP 300 is a heavy pressure sensitive bitumen sound deadening foil based on high quality polymer-modified bitumen and special fillers. Due to its improved flexibility, the foil can accommodate curved surfaces and narrow corrugations without difficulty, even at room temperature. The foil is provided with a pressure sensitive solvent free adhesive material based on special acrylic copolymers.The adhesive side is protected from the effects of transportation and storage by a covering material (silicon paper) and the upper side of the foil is protected by a seal (Anti-block-foil). Directions for use:
The desired shape of the TEROSON BT SP 300 mat should be scored on the foil side and then be taken off from the paper side. After peeling off the release paper, the adhesive side of the Teroson mat should be pressed onto the surface. At very cold climate conditions the mats can be warmed slightly (up to 40 °C) in order to improve flexibility and tack of the adhesive.
