Product description:
Terodem-SP 200 is a pressure sensitive soft foam mat, coated on one side with a polyurethane protection skin. The used unsupported adhesive, baded on rubber, exhibits a high tack in connection with a a high tear-off resistance. Due to its high degree of flexibility, the mat can accommodate curved surfaces without difficulty. The mat is fire-retardant according to DIN 75200/FMVS 302. Directions for use:
The desired shape of the Terodem mat is cut with the aid of a template according to the application area. Prior to bonding, the release paper is peeled off about a hand wide and the mat fitted precisely. Finally the Terodem mat should be thoroughly pressed onto the surface without creating air-bubbles. The mat should not be bonded under tension. The bonding can be assisted by priming the substrate with TEROSON SB 2444.
