Product description:
LOCTITE LB 8019 is a mineral oil distillate based lubricant. This product releases and lubricates assembled mechanical parts or subjects to movement. Eliminates rust, dust, oxide, and moisture from screws and bolts by penetrating deeply and allowing release. Directions for use:
1. Shake can thoroughly before use.
2. Spray an even coat of LOCTITE LB 8019 from a distance of about 20 cm on screws, bolts, nuts, gears, locks, and on any mechanical coupling blocked by rust.
3. Allow the product to penetrate for several minutes.
4. Thereafter, separate or disassemble parts in a normal fashion.
5. In extreme cases, a second application with a longer soaking time may be required.
Storage:
The product is classified as flammable and must be stored in an appropriate manner in compliance with relevant regulations. Do not store near oxidizing agents or combustible materials. Store product in the unopened container in a dry location. Storage information may also be indicated on the product container labelling.
Optimal Storage: 5 °C to 30 °C. Storage below 5 °C or greater than 30 °C can adversely affect product properties.
Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use. Do not return product to the original container.
