Product description:
BONDERITE C-MC 11110 is a cleaner for iron, steel, aluminium, copper, brass, hot dip galvanized, chromiumplated and tin-plated metal surfaces. BONDERITE C-MC 11110 removes carbonate and phosphate containing deposits such as scale, milk scale, beer scale as well as metallic hydroxides, -oxides and calcareous deposits without essentially attacking the base metal. BONDERITE C-MC 11110 is suitable to remove incrustation from cleaning and phosphating stages of spray processing equipment; to clean plate heat exchangers, cooler and steamsystems; to remove deposits from production equipment (e. g. of sugar-refineries and paper-mills); to clean chromiumplated fittings and hot dip galvanized objects etc.; to remove sediments from tubs and public baths; to remove calcareous deposits from boilers, hot water systems etc.BONDERITE C-MC 11110 contains an inhibitor which provides consistent effective protection to the equipment during cleaning operations. Directions for use:
Prior to use it is necessary to read the Material Safety Data Sheet for information about precautionary measures and safety recommendations. Also, for chemical products exempt from compulsory labeling, the relevant precautions should always be observed. Please also refer to the local safety instructions and contact Henkel for analytical support indicates by a colour change from red to yellow, that the active ingredient is spent. Add fresh BONDERITE C-MC 11110 to the solution until a red colour reappears indicating that the solution has regained its full effectiveness. After cleaning remove residues of BONDERITE C-MC 11110 solution with water, subsequently with a final rinse with Trisodiumphosphate solution (0.4 %). Alternatively, diluted soda solution (0.5 %) may be used.
